Projectmanager Europe (France)/ Switzerland

Your tasks

  • Managing projects with a focus on Switzerland, France and other European countries
  • Managing external companies such as suppliers or subcontractors
  • Creating project and installation plans including all resources, monitoring the schedule and coordinating with the customer and with the Head of Project Management and Head of Installation
  • Discussing the final scope of services, controlling the project budget, assuming financial responsibility for a project. Cost control, close cooperation with Controlling. Preparation of supplementary quotations
  • Close coordination with our suppliers and the purchasing department.
  • Preparation of orders in our CRM
  • Communication with the customer and all other interfaces in the project, attending construction meetings, creating reports such as meeting minutes, construction reports, construction diary
  • Close coordination with the logistics department, sales department and planning department
  • Monitoring internal and external project-related processes
  • Compliance with the defined MEDIK standards regarding documentation, document storage, etc.
  • Preparation of project documentation
  • Supporting new employees and suppliers

 

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training with a university degree, preferably in the field of civil engineering, engineering sciences, medical technology or project management
  • Professional experience in project management, preferably in the medical field, would be ideal.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ability to work in a team
  • High willingness to travel
  • Very good, business fluent written and spoken French and English, German advantageous.

Design Engineer

to support our team in Memmingen in fulltime.

Your tasks

  • For our modular glass wall systems you are the person responsible
  • responsible for the design/drawing of our projects throughout the entire
  • throughout the entire course of the project. These tasks include:
  • Preparation of design / implementation / construction / ordering
  • and assembly plans for health care buildings and preparation of all documents
  • production in AutoCAD and REVIT in accordance with DIN standards in
  • coordination with the project manager
  • Preparation of detailed designs and special solutions

Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as a construction draughtsman, CAD draughtsman, technical system planner or product designer or technical draughtsman or equivalent
  • Good general technical and spatial understanding
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in the planning of challenging construction projects
  • Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT
  • Interest and motivation to get involved in new areas of work
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Independent as well as very careful and structured way of working

Construction/CAD draughtsman

to support our team in Memmingen in full- or part-time.

Your tasks
For our modular wall systems made of glass, you will be responsible for preparing the projects after approval for purchasing, production and assembly. In doing so, you will build on the plans of the other designers and continue the projects until they are ready for assembly. These tasks include:

  •  Preparation of ordering and assembly plans for healthcare buildings and preparation of all documents required for production in AutoCAD and REVIT.
  • Detailed planning and mass determination
  • Filing drawings and preparing layouts
  • Intensive communication with colleagues from purchasing, project management, production and assembly
  • Support of our project teams in the preparation of draft, approval and production plans of construction projects in the health sector in AutoCAD and REVIT

Your profile

Senior Fitter

to support our team fulltime.

 

Your tasks

As a senior fitter for MEDIK, you organise and manage construction sites from set-up to acceptance. You are an extension of the project management and responsible for the implementation of the installation of all trades and products coordinated by MEDIK. If several installation sections are planned, you will be the responsible site manager for several projects. Tasks include:

  • Assembly of steel substructures, glass elements, doors as well as frames, monitors and lighting as well as the associated commissioning
  • Technical management of all fitters on the construction site including time recording of internal and external employees
  • Coordination with site management, participation in site meetings
  • Communication with project manager, substitution of project manager if required
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety for all assigned persons on the construction site
  • Preparation of weekly reports / construction diary / meeting minutes / control reports and written documentation of agreements and progress.
  • Carrying out internal and external interim inspections
  • Training of MEDIK fitters and customers/partners
  • Training of own and external fitters

 

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the craft/trade sector
  • Min. 5 years work experience
